We are a boutique link building firm that performs work for some of the top companies in the world. We specialize in leveraging engagement marketing for a whitehat approach to generate brand mentions.

Current Positions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Creation of comprehensive timelines and estimates for digital projects.

– Daily supervision and monitoring of workflow and managing timelines and status updates.

– Partner with appropriate teams and counterparts to manage personnel resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery of work.

– Participate in continuous process improvement.

– Daily use of project/asset management software

– Creation of documentation that facilitates information flow related to projects.

– Monitor and reconcile hours estimated against hours consumed to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

– Conduct weekly project status meetings with technical, analytics, and link building departments.

– Work with clients to identify projects and determine deadlines

– Create and manage a project plan with long- and short-term timelines, with an understanding of prioritizing resources and tasks.

– Support the creative process by participating in the assessment of feasibility of proposed solutions and influences creative by identifying digital opportunities

– Develop accurate and thorough project plans, schedules, RFPs, SOWs, documentation and specs as needed.

– Clearly communicate timelines, budgets, deliverables, goals and expectations with internal team members, external partners and clients.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

– 3 years minimum of advanced digital production or technical project management experience demonstrating successful execution of projects from kick-off to completion (agency environment preferred).

– Comprehensive understanding of digital process (e.g., seo setup and link building) and campaign lifecycle.

– Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with internal and external teams

– Effective working both independently and as a team member; demonstrates autonomy over assigned work while working toward goals shared by the team.

– Knowledge of web-based design, SEO, content creation and web development together with the processes and mileposts of such projects is required.

– Is a natural leader and problem solver, who takes pride in their contributions, commands respect and requires a level of control and ownership.

– Demonstrates competency for multi-tasking without losing sight of priorities and goals.

– Confidently develops timelines, estimates and project status reports to optimize process.

– Possesses effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and clients.

Senior Outreach Manager is  responsible for planning and executing engagement marketing programs that will yield client mentions and links. This person should be a persuasive writer, understand general marketing principles, experienced with online publishing channels and influencer outreach and must have a deep understanding of on-page and off-page search engine optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee outreach strategies and asset development
  • QA of outreach tactics
  • Develop relationships with online publishers.
  • Optimize engagement marketing campaigns by analyzing clients programs and identify the audience that is interested in the brand message.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement campaign strategies: design, technical seo, and analytics.
  • Stay current on market related trends.
  • Identify online publishers and collateral that can be leveraged to generate organic placements or links.
  • Create email templates and QA teams outreach approaches and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or similar field.
  • 3+ years experience in PR, content management, journalism
  • Have excellent project management skills.
  • Recent digital agency experience in managing project activities.
  • Demonstrate a familiarity with marketing concepts and terms and be able to communicate them clearly both in writing and orally.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills; be able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines with a confident, positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Keynote, Google Docs.
  • Have used online project management tools for time and project tracking

Outreach Specialist is responsible for executing engagement marketing programs that will yield client mentions and links. This person should be a persuasive writer, understand general marketing principles, experienced with online publishing channels and influencer outreach and must have a deep understanding of on-page and off-page search engine optimization.

Responsibilities:

  • Create emails and perform followup calls to publishers and writers.
  • Leverage our advanced technology to identify authors/writers/publishers in specific verticles.
  • Stay current on market related trends.
  • Identify online publishers and collateral that can be leveraged to generate organic placements or links.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in PR or communications.
  • 1+ years experience.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrate a familiarity with marketing concepts and terms and be able to communicate them clearly both in writing and orally.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills; be able to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines with a confident, positive attitude.

Working as a part of our Search & Strategy team, your responsibilities are (but not limited to) sending out monthly reports, facilitating client website tasks with our Design & Dev teams, calling your clients monthly, and assisting the team with any other tasks needed.

Blogger Outreach Intern is responsible for assisting the outreach manager for the engagement marketing programs that will yield client mentions and links. This person should be a persuasive writer, understand general marketing principles, and experienced with online publishing channels and influencer outreach/PR.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Outreach team in building long‐term, trusted media relationships with journalists, influencers, vloggers and bloggers
  • Daily monitoring and reporting
  • Cross functional internal coordination to ensure timely campaign execution
  • Assisting with tracking inventory requests and managing the sample database
  • Tracking and scanning editorial coverage and assisting with monthly reporting and analytics
  • Researching potential national and regional influencers for brand building initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Junior or Senior in a Bachelor’s program with a minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Interest in online media, PR, writing, and/or content creation
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Some editorial background preferred; writing and blogging, video production, image manipulation and GIF/meme creation
